TRUCK INTERCOOLER:A truck intercooler, also known as a charge air cooler or CAC is a heat exchanger that is installed in the intake system of a truck's engine. Its primary function is to cool the compressed air coming from the turbocharger before it enters the engine's combustion chambers.
Turbocharged engines compress the air intake to increase its density and improve combustion efficiency. However, this process also heats up the air, which can reduce overall engine performance.
